Greetings. I think the header says all I need to about this post. This is a PAID SUBSCRIBER ONLY post, so although there is a little teaser for everyone, if you want to read all of it you will have to become a paid subscriber unfortunately.
I am not asking for much for these paid subscriptions, but they really help me out a lot, so if you could see your way to signing up for one it will be highly appreciated - and of course you can quit at any time if you don’t like what I’m writing.

I barely slept the night before, and was consumed by thoughts of all the things I hate about dentists, all the reasons I have used to avoid going near them ever since I became an adult, and old enough to make my own decisions about these things.
Getting up in the morning, I was already worried. I tried, and failed spectacularly, to hide my fear from my partner, but there is no hiding such things from her. So by the time we left the flat it was clear that this was going to be incredibly hard for me.
By the way, did I mention that I was actually only going there to support HER?
